"Pretty good bed for the price"
I’m happy with it so far. The price felt fair, and it’s way more comfortable than my old bed. As long as it holds up, I’ll stick with it, but if it starts sagging anytime soon, I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

"Helped my sore hips more than I expected"
I tried this mostly because my hips had been aching at night, especially after I’d been sitting too long during the day, which happens a lot because my desk chair is not great. The pressure relief felt good right away, and I noticed I wasn’t tossing around as much trying to get comfortable. It’s just a simple thing, but it made a noticeable difference for my sore hips.

"Edge support is a big upgrade from my old mattress"
I’ve been sleeping on my saatva for a few weeks now, and to be fair, the thing that stands out most is the edge support. My old mattress would dip down a lot if I sat on the side to put on shoes, but this one actually feels steady. It also makes the bed feel a little roomier since I’m not avoiding the edges. I can’t really speak to how it’ll hold up years from now, but so far I’m really happy with it.

Support did help me out in the end. Just took a little longer than I expected. Not terrible, though. They got it handled.

"Back feels a lot better now"
My back pain is mostly gone now after about a little while of using it. I feel around normal again and it’s been a big relief.

"Support actually was helpful, surprisingly"
I had a question about my Saatva order and I was kind of not excited to call, because customer service stuff is usually a whole thing for me. But the person I talked to was patient and explained it in a way that made sense, even when I was probably asking it weird.
They also did the follow-up they said they were going to do, which I appreciated a lot. My issue got fixed fast, and overall it was just a good experience, like not fancy but actually helpful. Made me feel better about ordering from them.

"Finally sleeping without overheating"
I’ve been trying to make my bedroom feel cooler for a while now, especially since I tend to run hot at night even when the thermostat says it’s not that warm. This has been great so far. I’m not waking up sweaty in the middle of the night like I used to, and it just feels cool and comfortable to sleep on.

I went with the luxury firm. Was a little nervous it’d show up way too hard or too soft, because that happens sometimes. But honestly… it feels like a real medium-firm to me. Supportive, but not stiff. Comfortable without sinking in too much. Pretty much exactly what I was hoping for, so yeah, no complaints here.

I’ve had my Saatva mattress for a few months now, it just feels well made. The cover is soft, the stitching looks clean, and I really appreciated that it didn’t have that weird cheap foam smell my last mattress had. It’s supportive without feeling too firm, and it’s still really comfortable to sleep on. So far, I haven’t noticed any sagging or lumps either. Overall, I just feel good about buying it and I’m genuinely happy every time I get into bed

I did feel my partner moving around on a few nights, so the motion isolation wasn’t amazing for me. It wasn’t awful or anything, and maybe I’m just a light sleeper, but I was expecting to notice it a little less. Curious if anyone else felt the same?

I ended up ordering the wrong firmness, which was totally avoidable on my part, so I was a little nervous the exchange process was going to be a hassle.
But it was way easier than I expected. I reached out to Saatva, explained what happened, and their team walked me through the next steps without making it complicated.
The pickup and replacement delivery both showed up on time, and there wasn’t any weird back and forth or surprise issue. Really appreciated how smooth they made the whole thing

"Pretty comfy, but yeah, not totally perfect"
So, the mattress felt really nice at first, like comfy when I first started using it. But after a few weeks, it kind of started feeling a bit too firm for me, or at least firmer than I was expecting. It’s still okay and I’m using it, but yeah, I guess I just thought it would stay a little more comfortable over time

"Great first impression with delivery and setup"
Right from the first call, I had a good feeling about the delivery. The guys called ahead, showed up within the window they gave me, and were really easy to deal with once they arrived.
They got the bed brought in and set up quickly, and they even took away my old mattress, which was such a relief. They didn’t leave any mess behind either, so the whole thing ended up being way smoother and less stressful than I expected...

"I’m not really one to buy into all..."
I’m not really one to buy into all the fancy mattress marketing talk, but this one has been fine so far. After about a year, it still feels solid and I haven’t noticed any sagging yet.
